An active, multi-band (L1, L2/E5b/B2I), high-precision GNSS antenna is included with each Model 5402 Dante Leader Clock with GNSS Synchronization. The antenna supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou satellite constellations and provides a fast and easy solution for high-precision applications. The supported L1 band has a nominal range of 1559-1606 MHz and the L2/E5b/B2I band a nominal range of 1197-1249 MHz. The antenna includes an integrated nominal 5-meter (16.3-foot) interface cable that utilizes 50-ohm RG174-type coaxial cable. The miniature cable is terminated with an SMA plug for direct interconnection with the Model 5402's GNSS antenna receptacle. The ANT-GNSS-01's circuitry includes a high-performance multi-band RHCP polarization, dual-feed patch antenna element, built-in dual high-gain LNA (28 ±3 dB) with SAW pre-filtering, A power supply over a range of 3 to 5 volts DC with a typical current of 15 milliamperes is required. The antenna has ingress protection (IP) rating of IP67 and an operating temperature range of –40 to +85 degrees C (–40 to 185 degrees F). The antenna has a magnetic base and two 4.5 mm holes to support a variety of mounting methods.
